Shipping policy

  • All items are shipped out from Sydney, Australia. Once an order has been received, the item will be packed and dispatched within 3 working days (often less!). Custom Orders can take 7-10 days for dispatch. 
  • All domestic and international orders will be delivered using Australia Post, a tracking number will be provided via email address you provided during the checkout process. Delivery times vary by location.
  • Prices are calculated at check out based on item weight. Shipping rates start at $9.50 for domestic orders and AU$24.00 for international orders. 
  • FREE SHIPPING for domestic orders over $150 and international orders over $250.
  • We use eco-friendly packaging including biodegradable and recyclable packaging tape (because we know lots of small actions can make a big impact). 
  • We take a lot of care when packing our products, if you have received your item damaged, please contact me as soon as possible.
