If there are any issues with your purchase please contact me and I will do my best to resolve the problem. Refunds & returns will not be issued unless the item is faulty.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.
We are proud of our high quality projects, however, our pieces are handmade and are imperfect by nature. In the event that a product is deemed faulty (i.e. not fit for the advertised use), please photograph the item and contact hello@willowsway.co.
We will evaluate the issue and get in touch to discuss a solution.
Refunds
If approved for a refund, you will receive an email confirmation and will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too.
